Carole Jacoby, Owner-Broker of a small, real estate service office, offers hands on, personalized service with years of experience, which took us through the listing and sale of our home as well as the purchase of our new home. Our daughter, Lisa, used Carole’s website to show students how to gather and evaluate information on buying homes. Lisa, after reviewing other sites, found Carole’s had the best mix of specific properties and links to other relevant Realtor® sites. It was consumer friendly and easy to navigate. Lisa referred us to Carole and a fellow church member, who had used Carole’s service, highly recommended her.
When we began to explored the possibility of relocating, Carole met with us to get acquainted and gathered general information regarding market conditions, the sale process, what we needed to do in preparation for listing our home. We were laboring under a heavy mix of work, church and family obligations. We completed those items she suggested and placed our home in the market at a much higher price than we thought and it sold immediately. (At full price).
Carole had assured us that she would find that perfect relocation home for us within our 40 day escrow period and she DID! There were 3 escrows involved. She negotiated elements of the escrow and they closed within the contract date with all parties happy. She coordinated everyone’s special interests, loans, inspections, negotiation, etc. All Lenders, including our Cal Vet, cooperated beautifully (with a few gentle tugs and encouragements).
